Who we are
WebsiteMend provides website fixing services. Payments are processed by Stripe and charged by Circular Group, LLC (Delaware, USA), so the charge on your card statement may show “Circular Group”. Address: 131 Continental Dr, Suite 305, Newark, DE 19713, USA. Contact: hello@websitemend.com.
What we collect
- Contact information you send us, such as your name and email address.
- Your website URL and details about your site that we need to do the work.
- Access credentials (for example, a temporary collaborator login) that you give us. We use them only for your job. You can revoke the access at any time, and after delivery you can ask us to delete any credentials we still hold by emailing us.
- Payment information is handled by Stripe. We never see or store your card number.
How we use it
We use this information to provide the service you ordered, to communicate with you about it, and to handle payments and refunds.
Service providers
- Stripe processes payments.
- Brevo is our email provider.
- Cloudflare hosts this website.
Those providers process data under their own terms and privacy policies.
What we don't do
We do not sell your data. This website does not use advertising trackers.
Cold emails and opt-out
If we contacted you by email about your website, you can reply “unsubscribe” or email hello@websitemend.com and we will stop. We honor opt-out requests.
Deletion and your requests
To access, correct or delete the personal data we hold about you, email hello@websitemend.com. We reply within 1 business day to acknowledge your request. We may need to keep payment records that we are required to keep by law.
